2. Processing & Delivery Timeline

Processing time may vary depending on the type and location of attestation required:

• State & HRD Verification: 3–12 business days
• MEA / Apostille: 4–14 business days
• Embassy Attestation (International): 7–25 business days
• Domestic Courier Delivery: 2–5 business days
• International Courier Delivery: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to embassy working days, public holidays, government verification delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Partners

We dispatch documents through trusted courier partners such as:

• Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Speed Post (within India)
• DHL, FedEx (International shipments)

A tracking number will be provided after dispatch so you can monitor your shipment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete delivery address details.
• Ensure availability to receive the courier at the provided address.

5. Damaged or Lost Documents
